 Hatha yoga is an alignment-based class, explore and practice standing poses, forward bends, arm balances, back bends, twists and inversions.
It allows people of all ages the opportunity not only to get and stay in shape, but also to develop balance, coordination and a sense of centeredness.  It renews, invigorates, and heals the body,  It stretches and tones the muscles, joints, spine while directing blood and oxygen to the internal organs.
